By the first entering of the villa you will be overloaded with spacious staircase and the view towards the huge living room.
The huge Master Bedroom with oak wooden flooring, ensuite designer bath and separate ward room is beyond imagination. Equipped with TV, direct access to the Balcony. The ceiling hight of 7 meters makes you feel like a king. The bedroom has an internal staircase to the private attic room, with seating area and views over the plot and towards the sea and Rhodes town. Optional extra bed - convertable sofa.
The huge garden comprises high palm trees, matures olive trees, large lawns and endless blossoming flowers.

The Villa is located on a wonderful plot of 7200 sqm. The Main Building (equipped with elevator) has 3 Bedrooms ensuite, a large living and dining area, kitchen, gymnasium and sauna. The terrace, offering undisturbed sea views, can be accessed from the kitchen and from the living room.
You care for some billiards or table top football? If not, and if you are a musician, there is also a piano and a guitar.
Elevated plot with open view gives feeling of freedom and provide utmost privacy as well.
The plot is accessed through a private road, separated from the public road by a remotely operated gate. The development is located approx 50m above sea level, thus ensuring amazing views and making it entirely view protected, since being elevated to the public road by 3m, and surrounded by a tall wall on all other perimeters.
For guests in colder monts is nice to enjoy the fire at the chimney.
