This is a brief Summary of Booking Rules, Contract Terms, and House Rules.

Kindly read the below carefully, and refer to the Sample Contract for further Details.

Entitled Guests

• Families and Couples
• Minimum age 28 Years

Reservations and Bookings

• Your Reservation will be Confirmed once the Booking Payment has been received; the Rental Contract (see draft below) will be issued as well.
• Reservations that are not followed by the Booking Payment will be deleted after 5 Days.
• Final Payment (50%) is due 1 Months prior to scheduled Arrival

Prices

• Seasonal Rental Prices are subject to additional:
• Climate Crisis Tax of 10 EUR per Night per Villa, plus
• End Cleaning 200 EUR Louloudi Hills; 300 EUR Villa Louloudi0
• 0,5% Local Tourist Tax

Cancellation Policy & Refund

• no Refunds

Damage Deposit 200 EUR at Arrival (refundable)

General

• Check in Time from 04:00 pm
• Check Out Time before 11:00 am
• No Parties / Celebrations
• No external Visitors
• Night Silence 10 pm – 08 am
• No smoking inside
• no Maid Services / cleaning Service included
• leave Villa swept clean at check out
• Pets require prior Approval
