Louloudi FAQ's

1. Is my payment safe?

Your payment is safe, because you pay in 3 instalments, and the time of payment corresponds with the cancelation terms!

The initial advance payment of 30% secures the booking, and is not refundable. The next instalment of 35% is only due 3 months prior to arrival. In case you cancel your booking less than 3 months before arrival, then this payment is not refundable.

The final payment of 35% is due 1 week before arrival. There is no refund in case you cancel later than 1 week prior to arrival.

Conclusion: the payment schedule is preventing overpayments which might have to be refunded in case of cancelation.

2. When do I get back my Deposit Payment?

You can pay the deposit of 200€ latest at arrival. It will be refunded at check out, provided there no damages, and the villa is clean swept.

3. Are there any extra charges?

There no extra charges, the rental cost includes local VAT.

4. From whom am I renting?

You are renting directly from the owner. The two owners (Makis and Martin) of the properties marketed under the brandname “Louloudi” (greek word for “Flower”) have established the company AnSa.epe on Rhodes in order operate the villas, i. e. to employ staff, issue invoices, pay tax etc. Therefore, your contractual partner in the rental agreement will be AnSa.epe. AnSa.epe is licenced for tourist activities. Company details and licence numbers are at the bottom of the web page.

5. For whom is the Villa suitable?

The villa is ideally suited for couples and families with children of all ages (note: there a no security measures for toddlers!). Amongst our guest were also just married couples on their honeymoon, or small weddings groups. No Fraternities, No Sororities, No House Parties.

6. How do get to the villa after arrival at the airport?

You will be received at the airport upon arrival. Your will get the mobile number of the person meeting you at the airport prior to your travel. We will accompany you to the villa (taxi or rental car at your costs), give you an introduction, and hand over the keys.

7. Is there someone to assist in case we have a problem?

We have permanent employees on Rhodes to be contacted in case of any problem. You will receive the mobile number prior to arrival. We have craftsman contracted to deal with any problem on short notice.

8. Do I need a car?

We recommend that you hire a car, at least for a few days, in order to see more of the beautiful Island of Rhodes.

9. What activities are available on Rhodes?

Rhodes has plenty of beaches, some even during summer time rarely frequented. See link on the web page.

There are all sorts of water sports available close by. The interior is picturesque, with small villages in hilly landscape with forests. It is ideal for cycling as well.

Rhodes has a history dating back the ancient Greece. Monuments can be seen in Lindos, Rhodes and Ialyssos.

Most famous in Rhodes is the Old Town, which has been built during the rule of the Knights, and is today UNECSO protected. In the Old Town, you find museums, shops, restaurants and a vibrant night life.

Rhodes also has very nice restaurants. If interested, we shall be pleased to provide some advice.

Kids will enjoy the waterparks in Faliraki.
